Rob's collaboration at the opening of Sungate One was essential to the success we are having. We are one of the best hostels in the world thanks to his creativity in design, organization, activities, etc. Sungate is a reflection of the personality and professionalism of Rob.

Over the past 2 years of working with Rob, he has really been a mentor for me and is a large part of how I managed to work my way up from volunteer to hostel manager. In any situation where I have felt uncertain or unsure of myself I have always turned to Rob for advice and guidance and he has proved himself time and time again to be incredibly level headed, creative and an excellent problem solver. Without him I don't know how I would have made it.
